PRODUCT INFO
Picky Eaters Blend – What is it?
Our blend consists of real foods only which have been dehydrated and finely chopped into a powder form. Mix, sprinkle or add one serving into any meal to experience the full benefits of a range of vegetables without effecting the taste of the meal.
How do powdered vegetables compare?
Vegetables which have been dehydrated and chopped into a powder form have almost the exact same nutritional value as before the process. Although a teaspoon may not sound like much for a full serving you would be surprised at just how much vegetable goodness you are getting! For example just one teaspoon of kale powder is equivalent to 100g of fresh kale!
How does it taste?
Surprisingly the taste isn’t very strong at all. We have tested adding this a wide range of recipes and we found every time that the flavour and texture was not effected! This is why it’s so popular with our customers who have a difficult time getting their 5 a day everyday.
Is it safe for children?
Absolutely! In fact it was inspired by children. We sat down with a group of parents who told us how they would spend hours finely chopping and blending vegetables just so their kids would eat them. We understand that in your busy lives this isn’t always possible and that’s ok! We will always recommend that you should feed your children fresh vegetables, however on the days where it’s just not possible, it’s great to have us in your cupboard ready or even just to use as extra health boost!
